Job summary

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Procurement and Contract Manager

• Provide strategic advice & support to a range of stakeholders to inform efficient, effective, economical & ethical decision making for the procurement of goods & services;
• Develop & implement processes to ensure the integrity & transparency of procurement & contract management reporting & verification data & activities;
• Manage a high volume of procurement & contract management activities;
• Monitor supplier performance throughout the contract term to ensure the agency receives the goods & services purchased; &
• Effectively lead, coach & mentor a team while managing competing priorities & changes in strategic direction.
