Job summary

Arc Infrastructure in Western Australia is seeking a motivated Procurement Contracts Officer to join the Procurement Contracts Team. You will assist with contract drafting, extensions and variations, RFx documentation, and supplier information management across the business.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You will maintain Arc’s CMS, perform supplier due diligence, support policy improvements, and

Qualifications

• Degree in law, commerce or procurement preferable but not essential.
• Sound understanding of Australian contract law principles.
• Ability to interpret contract clauses and identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting new contracts, extensions and variations.
• Developing RFx documentation and finalising contracts with managers.
• Assisting with scopes of work and procurement administration.
• Maintaining supplier information in Arc’s CMS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Undertaking supplier due diligence and prequalification.
• Supporting procurement policy improvements and compliant processes.
• Document management and retention for the Procurement Contracts Team.
