raafa is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager in South Perth to lead end-to-end procurement, contract management and supplier performance in a not-for-profit context.

You will develop strategy, manage a team, ensure probity and value-for-money, and collaborate with executives and operations to drive organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement the procurement strategy and annual sourcing plan.
• Lead procurement improvement initiatives including policy updates.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing: market research, RFx development, evaluation and contracting.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies and ISO 20400.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full contract lifecycle including onboarding, KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage disputes or underperformance.
• Lead commercial analysis and cost modelling activities.
• Collaborate with executives, legal, finance and operations on strategic initiatives.
