Snowy Hydro is seeking a highly organised Procurement Support Officer for the Snowy 2.0 Project in Cooma. This 2-year fixed-term contract will provide the administrative backbone for procurement activities, ensuring smooth supply chain flow and spotless records.

You will raise POs, coordinate procurement, collaborate with internal teams, and support the wider procurement function while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with experience in general administration duties.
• Desirable knowledge of procurement or purchasing processes.
• Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Raising purchase orders and coordinating procurement activities.
• Liaising with Snowy Hydro teams to ensure procurements meet budgets and policies.
• Managing procurement documents and mailbox emails for timely action.
• Support the broader procurement team with related tasks.
