Job summary

THOMAS FOODS INTERNATIONAL BOURKE PTY LIMITED in Tamworth, NSW, is hiring Entry Level Process Workers for our lamb and sheep meat processing plant. These full‑time roles offer on‑site training and potential for progression in a busy production environment.

The positions involve production work on the line, operation of equipment, plus cleaning and sterilising work areas. Competitive hourly rates and visa extension opportunities are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment medical is required to work in the Tamworth plant.
• Drug and alcohol testing by urinalysis will be conducted during the medical assessment.
• A group interview will be scheduled after pre-employment steps and additional documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Production work on processing lines and line operations.
• Operation of equipment and machinery in the plant.
• Cleaning and sterilising of work areas and equipment; adherence to hygiene standards.
• Meatpacking and chiller room operations, as applicable to roles.
• Other tasks as required in a meat processing environment.

These exciting fulltime role’s & opportunity exists at the Tamworth NSW 2340 offering multiple roles of ongoing full-time Entry Level Processing Positions with various opportunities at our lamb & sheep Meat Processing Plant located in Westdale, Tamworth NSW 2340.

What's On Offer!

• $26.39 Per Hour Full-time entry level or Casual $34.60 per hour
• 12% superannuation
• You will work 38/40 hours per week.
• Home Affairs approved location for 2nd and 3rd year Visa Extension.
