Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group is partnering with one of Australia’s diverse food manufacturing companies to employ food process workers in Springwood, 4127 QLD. Roles cover day, afternoon and night shifts with immediate starts.

Responsibilities include assisting on production lines in a bakery setting, packing and preparing baked goods, monitoring quality, operating basic equipment, and maintaining strict hygiene.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or bakery environments is advantageous.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace.
• Unrestricted working rights and pass pre-employment screenings.

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.

About the role:

• Assisting on production lines within a bakery setting
• Packing, sorting, and preparing baked goods for distribution
• Monitoring product quality and consistency
• Operating basic bakery or production equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
• Manual handling and repetitive tasks
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

To be successful for the role you will require the below:

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace
• Unrestricted working rights.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
• Comfortable standing for long periods
