Job summary

Temperzone Limited in Blacktown is hiring three reliable process workers for our assembly team. These permanent full-time, hands-on roles involve working across our assembly lines with a focus on quality and safety.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm and Friday 6:00am–12:00pm. You’ll cut insulation, assemble panels, fit components and follow job sheets and drawings as part of a supportive team at a long-standing Australian manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to measurements.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team-focused attitude and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transport and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and installing insulation on panels.
• Assembling panels into chassis sub-frames.
• Fitting components onto bases.
• Fitting fan assemblies, tubing, HP & LP switches and sensor pockets.
• Following job sheets and engineering drawings.
• Working to required measurements and quality standards.
• Assisting in other areas of production when required.

About the role

We are looking for three reliable and enthusiastic Process Workers to join our Assembly team at our Blacktown manufacturing site.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Supervisor, you’ll be involved in a range of assembly and production activities, including:

• Cutting and installing insulation on panels
• Assembling panels into chassis sub-frames
• Fitting components onto bases
• Fitting fan assemblies, tubing, HP & LP switches and sensor pockets
• Following job sheets and engineering drawings
• Working to required measurements and quality standards
• Assisting in other areas of production when required
