Job summary

Temperzone Limited is seeking three reliable Process Workers to join our Assembly team at the Blacktown manufacturing site. These permanent full-time, hands-on roles involve working across assembly lines, with a focus on practical, detail-oriented work.

You will report to the Supervisor and perform tasks such as insulation installation, panel assembly, base components, and assembly of fan units, while following job sheets and drawings to meet quality standards. Daytime hours apply.

• Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to measurements and dimensions.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• A team-focused attitude and commitment to safe work practices.

About the role

We are looking for three reliable and enthusiastic Process Workers to join our Assembly team at our Blacktown manufacturing site.

These are permanent full-time, hands-on roles working across our assembly lines. If you enjoy practical work, have a good eye for detail and like being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
