Job summary

Polymaster in Australia is seeking an Oven Operator to efficiently set up, operate and monitor rotomoulding ovens for high‑quality molded tanks up to 50,000L. This hands‑on role suits someone with mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety.

You’ll rotate between day and night shifts, lift at heights up to 5 metres, and bring pride in workmanship. Forklift/EWP licences are a plus; full training is provided. Previous industry experience helps, but attitude matters more than experience.

Qualifications

• Previous rotomoulding or similar manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights up to 5 metres.
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor rotomoulding ovens to produce tanks up to 50,000 L.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain high quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and use of power tools as required.
• Work across day and night shifts in a hands-on environment.

The Role

The Oven Operator is responsible for the efficient set up, operation and monitoring of rotomoulding ovens to produce high-quality molded products. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

To be successful you will be enthusiastic, reliable, physically fit and able to do shift rotations (night and day shifts) We are looking for an individual who loves hands on work , takes genuine pride in their work and is not afraid of working at heights (up to 5metres) to produce the big tanks (up to 50,000L)!.

If you have previous industry experience, a forklift licence, EWP licence and can use a range of power tools, that is an added plus but not essential! Willingness to do shift work is a must.

Full on the job training will be provided. The right attitude is more important than experience!
