Job summary

Concept Fibres in Seaford, Victoria, is hiring a Process Worker or Machine Operator to perform finishing operations on composite truck components, using hand and power tools and to support daily production while meeting schedules.

Experience with CAD/CNC is an advantage; spray painting and preparation skills are valued. The role offers an immediate start, a 6:30am–3:00pm schedule, and a supportive team culture with on‑the‑job training.

Process Worker or Machine Operator - Composite Manufacturing

Concept Fibres is a composite manufacturing company based in Seaford, specialising in OEM part production, tooling and mould manufacturing, and high-quality composite construction for the transport, commercial, and marine industries.

About the Roles

We are seeking a reliable, keen, and motivated Process Worker to join our manufacturing team. These full-time positions involve performing a variety of finishing operations on specialised composite truck and transport components, working safely with hand and power tools, supporting daily production needs, and delivering components to meet clients' schedules. Experience with CAD, CNC operation and programming an advantage. Spray painting and preparation skills also looked upon favorably.

Work Schedule

Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm

Days: Monday to Friday

40-hour week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of finishing operations on composite truck and transport components

Experience in any of the following is highly regarded (but not essential):

• composites, fibreglass or plastics
• spray painting or primer application
• CAD or CNC operation and programming
• process work
• previous factory or manufacturing experience
