Job summary

Concept Fibres in Seaford, Victoria, is hiring a Process Worker or Machine Operator to perform finishing operations on composite truck components, using hand and power tools and to support daily production while meeting schedules.

Experience with CAD/CNC is an advantage; spray painting and preparation skills are valued. The role offers an immediate start, a 6:30am–3:00pm schedule, and a supportive team culture with on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Desirable CAD or CNC familiarity.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of finishing operations on composite components
Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
Ensure all policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work effectively with other operators, supervisors, and managers
Follow production instructions with a strong eye for detail
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with other production tasks as required
Assist in programming and operation of CNC and Robotic arm if you have these skills
