Our recruitment process

• Phone Screen: a quick chat with our recruitment team.
• Assessment Centre (approx. 2-3 hours start to end): a site tour, an interview, a pre-employment medical (including Drug & Alcohol screening) and reference checks.
• Paid Onboarding: Four Days, Monday to Thursday from 9am, covering everything you need to start safely.
