Job summary

Programmed is seeking experienced Process Workers for a busy food manufacturing site in Smithfield, Queensland. The role involves operating production machinery, preparing batches, and ensuring quality control on an on-site shift basis.

Shifts are 3 days per week with a day shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the job pays $40.20 per hour. Candidates should have machine operating experience, be able to work in a cold environment, and have own transport to site.

• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.

• Perform quality checks and maintain production flow.
• Perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting, bending and reaching, and stand for extended periods.
• Use pallet jacks, safety knives and weighing equipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures when working around forklifts and moving machinery.

We are seeking experienced Process Workers to join a busy food manufacturing site in Smithfield.

Shifts: 3 days per week (may increase or decrease depending on demand)

• Day shift: 6AM- 2PM

Pay Rate: $40.2 per hour
