Job summary

Flexiforceau in Mittagong, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to perform process work on a production line assembling steel frames and trusses for a well-established manufacturing company.

You will use hand and power tools, conduct quality checks, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. The role is full-time, five days per week, with an early start and a hands-on, team-driven atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar labour/production role.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Reliability and willingness to perform repetitive manual work.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of frames and trusses on a production line.

The team at Flexiforce are seeking an enthusiastic Labourer to do process work for a well-established Manufacturing company out in Mittagong, NSW.

The successful applicant will be using tools to assemble steel frames & trusses on a production line for a company specialising in manufacturing prefabricated building components.

This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What’s on offer:

• Ongoing employment.
• 5 days a week, Monday – Friday.
• Immediate start.

Work Hours:

Mon – Thu: 7am – 3.30pm

Fri: 7am – 1pm

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Assembly process work
• Manufacturing frame & trusses on a production line
• Using hand tools & power tools
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• General ad hoc tasks, as required
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to utilise hand & power tools safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Physically capable of repetitive manual work
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
