Flexiforce Australia is seeking Process Workers to join our team at our Moss Vale NSW facility. This casual position with full-time ongoing hours plays a vital role in our client’s manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Process Worker, you will operate and monitor production line machinery, assemble products to specifications, inspect finished goods for quality, and keep the workplace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or process work is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet output targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work day and afternoon shifts.
• Physical capability to perform assembly work and operate machinery safely.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• A valid working visa or Australian citizenship (where applicable).
