Job summary

Recruitment Edge in Botany, Sydney, is seeking a reliable temporary team member for approximately 2–4 weeks, with strong potential for extension. Working hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, in a supportive team environment at a well-established global producer of promotional products.

You will operate light machinery and printing equipment, pack items, manage materials handling and dispatch, and ensure quality and accurate production documentation while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a processing/production environment or operating light machinery is advantageous.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of PCs is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical activities and materials handling.
• Team orientation and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As part of a dedicated & supportive team, you will be involved in a range of activities including operating light machinery & printing machines, packing items, materials handling, and despatch.

Some key responsibilities will include:

• Operating light machinery for product decoration
• Ensuring the accurate completion & quality of decorated products
• Performing in-process quality checks
• Accurately complete production documentation
• Ensuring correct materials are used & monitoring usage

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a processing | production environment and | or operating light machinery (or printing machines) an advantage
• Ability to read & follow written & verbal instructions clearly
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of PC's preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive physical activities and materials handling
• Team orientation & ability to work to deadlines
