As a result of organic growth and expansion, they are actively seeking a talented Production Worker to join their growing team on a either a casual or permanent full-time basis.

The Position…

A great opportunity has become available to join the manufacturing production team based in their Carole Park facility. You will receive training and ongoing support to enable you to effectively operate their high speed production, manufacturing and process equipment.

Your duties will include:

• Operating and cleaning of equipment and plant
  
• Monitoring production activity, resolving/escalating issues which may impact production targets.
  
• Manage packaging and preservation wrapping
  
• Wood cutting
  
• Use of basic hand and power tools as requiredsuch as drills, reciprocating saws, tape measure, pallet machine, impact drivers, nail guns, and hack saws
  
• Using systems to accurately report on production data and quality checks
  
• Working safely at all times to protect your own health and safety, and the health and safety of everyone with whom you work, and any other person who is at the worksite positions in the manufacturing department rotate every few weeks, for variety and development of staff capabilities.
