G.James NSW Glass Operations in Smithfield is seeking a motivated Process Worker to join our team. No prior glass experience is required as full training and ongoing development are provided to help you succeed.

This is a full-time permanent position with a reputable, century-old Australian company. You will participate in hands-on glass processing tasks, support daily production, and learn new skills across multiple production areas while working in a safety-focused team environment.

The Role

• Hands-on work across various factory processes, including truck loading/unloading and production support
• Hands on work supporting daily factory processes
• Handling and moving glass safely
• Learning multiple production tasks with training provided
• Opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in multiple areas of glass processing

About You

• Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience highly regarded but not essential)
• Manual handling experience and a commitment to safe work practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High attention to safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
