G James NSW Glass Operations in Smithfield is seeking a motivated Process Worker to join our team. While previous glass experience is an advantage, it is not essential—we provide full training and ongoing development to help you succeed.

• Work hands-on across factory processes, including truck loading/unloading and production support.
• Support daily factory processes and maintain production flow.
• Handle and move glass safely.
• Learn multiple production tasks with training provided.
• Develop skills across various glass processing areas.

The Role

• Hands-on work across various factory processes, including truck loading/unloading and production support
• Hands on work supporting daily factory processes
• Handling and moving glass safely
• Learning multiple production tasks with training provided

About You

• Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse environment (glass experience highly regarded but not essential)
• Manual handling experience and a commitment to safe work practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High attention to safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
