Job summary

Momentum Consulting Group is seeking reliable Pickers / Process Workers to join their client’s operations team in New South Wales. The role offers ongoing casual employment with a Monday to Friday roster, hours 6.15am to 2.15pm, and weekly rosters based on production needs.

You will perform duties such as reworking products outside the clean room, picking and preparing for dispatch, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Candidates with warehouse, process work or production experience.
• Enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
• Looking for ongoing casual employment with weekly rosters.

Responsibilities

• Reworking products outside the clean room (sleeving, folding, packing/unpacking, labeling, repackaging, boxing, palletising).
• Picking and preparing products for dispatch.
• Conducting quality checks.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Role Overview

• Monday to Friday roster per week
• Hours are 6.15am to 2.15pm
• Ongoing casual work, although full-time hours are not guaranteed
• Weekly rosters issued based on production requirements.
• Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.

Duties

Working as part of the processing team, your duties may include:

• Reworking products outside the clean room, including:
• • Sleeving
  • Folding
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Labelling
  • Repackaging
  • Boxing
  • Palletising
• Picking and preparing products for dispatch.
• Conducting quality checks.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

PPE & Site Requirements

Although this role is outside the clean room, similar presentation standards apply:

• No makeup.
• No false eyelashes.
• All existing grooming requirements remain in place.
• High-visibility clothing is required.
• Steel cap boots are not required - enclosed joggers are acceptable.
