Job summary

Momentum is seeking reliable Pickers/Process Workers for ongoing casual roles in Sydney, with a 6.15am–2.15pm roster from Monday to Friday. You will join a fast-paced operations team, doing processing tasks and dispatch preparation, with on‑the‑job training and a supportive environment.

Eligibility: Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, or unrestricted work rights. This role offers weekly rosters and opportunities to gain warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates with warehouse, process work or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Reworking products outside the clean room: sleeving, folding, packing/unpacking, labelling, repackaging, boxing, palletising.
• Picking and preparing products for dispatch.
• Conducting quality checks.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

Role Overview

• Monday to Friday roster per week


• Hours are 6.15am to 2.15pm


• Ongoing casual work, although full-time hours are not guaranteed


• Weekly rosters issued based on production requirements.


• Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.

Duties

Working as part of the processing team, your duties may include:

• Reworking products outside the clean room, including:




• Sleeving


• Folding


• Packing and unpacking


• Labelling


• Repackaging


• Boxing


• Palletising




• Picking and preparing products for dispatch.


• Conducting quality checks.


• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.


• Following workplace health and safety procedures.

PPE & Site Requirements

• No makeup.


• No false eyelashes.


• All existing grooming requirements remain in place.


• High-visibility clothing is required.


• Steel cap boots are not required - enclosed joggers are acceptable.
