Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking a Process Training Advisor to join the Processing team at the Duketon operation. This FIFO role will help plan, coordinate and administer site-based training programs for Process Operations personnel, in consultation with the Training Department.

The role supports development of training pathways, creation and maintenance of training documentation, and coordination of training needs analysis to meet site and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Gold Processing / Mining operational experience
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Experience with training systems such as INX Intuition
• Strong understanding of training and assessment practices and associated legislation
• Sound computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with Site Training Dept to jointly deliver training for the Processing Department
• Assist with the development of training pathways for new Process Technicians to progress to Shift Supervisor
• Develop, review and maintain SWIs, Process training documentation and Process procedures
• Coordinate the maintenance of the Processing Training Needs Analysis incorporating department and site requirements
• Ensure processing facility operates in accordance with statutory requirements
• Lead the development and implementation of the Crew Trainer program
• Provide coaching to crew trainers in delivering operational training
• Source suitable external courses for Processing operations training needs
• Design, develop and deliver internal training packages for Process Operations
• Coordinate on-site and off-site training arrangements
• Conduct training courses and assessments including orientation workshops, VOCs, safety programs and inductions
• Support training department with ad hoc delivery of programs and online training requirements
