Regis Resources seeks a Process Training Advisor for our Duketon operation. You will plan, coordinate and administer site-based training programs to develop Process Operations personnel, in consultation with Training. This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster from Perth.
The role focuses on developing training pathways, maintaining training records, and delivering a broad suite of training activities across orientation, VOCs and safety programs. Support and coaching for crew trainers is included.

In this role, you will assist in planning, coordinating and administering site-based training programs and assessments in consultation with the Training Department to support the development and capability of Process Operations personnel.
