Job summary

Regis Resources seeks a Process Training Advisor for our Duketon operation. You will plan, coordinate and administer site-based training programs to develop Process Operations personnel, in consultation with Training. This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster from Perth.

The role focuses on developing training pathways, maintaining training records, and delivering a broad suite of training activities across orientation, VOCs and safety programs. Support and coaching for crew trainers is included.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is required.
• Gold Processing/mining operational experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with training systems such as INX Intuition.
• Strong understanding of training and assessment practices and legislation.
• Sound computer skills (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with the Site Training Department to deliver training for the Processing Department.
• Assist with development of training pathways for new Process Technicians to progress to Shift Supervisor.
• Develop, review and maintain SWI’s, Process training documentation and procedures.
• Maintain the Processing Training Needs Analysis per site and company requirements.
• Ensure processing facility operates in line with statutory requirements.
• Lead the Crew Trainer program and provide coaching to trainers.
• Source suitable external courses and support internal training packages.
