Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor for a Western Australia gold mine, on an 8/6 roster (7/7) with a focus on safety and efficient operations. Lead a production team, coordinate with maintenance, and drive culture for consistent targets.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in processing roles, strong communication, flexible leadership, and S26 qualification. Pre-employment medical, drug/alcohol screen, and police clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years proven experience in a similar role in Processing.
• Strong communication skills with a flexible leadership style.
• Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment.
• S26 Qualification.
• Must pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
• Be able to provide a National Police Clearance.

Experience Required:

• Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment
• Prior Gold experience is desired
• S26 Qualification
