Job summary

Ecocycle Group in St Marys NSW is seeking a hands-on outdoor labourer to support site operations in the recycling industry. You will perform yard duties, operate plant and maintain safety throughout an active site.

The role requires a current LF forklift licence, physical fitness, and willingness to work overtime and weekends. Training and PPE are provided, and you will join a team focused on safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Manual labour experience preferred.
• Must be physically fit for repetitive outdoor work.
• LF forklift licence required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused.
• Available for immediate start and overtime.

• Working around machinery and supporting site operations
• Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant
• Safe operation of Ecocycle vehicles and forklift operations
• Perform yard tasks, product processing tasks and cleaning tasks as required
• Operate plant and equipment as per Safe Work procedures
• Notify the site manager of any plant maintenance requirements

• General labouring duties in an outdoor environment
• Sorting of mixed batteries into their different chemistries

• Working around machinery and supporting site operations
• Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant
• Safe operation of Ecocycle vehicles and forklift operations

About you

• Previous labouring experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work and repetitive tasks
• Safety conscious with a can-do attitude
• Current LF Forklift Licence (required)
• Reliable, hardworking and team focused
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with no working restrictions
• Available for immediate start
• Willing and available to work overtime and weekends when required
• Full PPE and equipment supplied
