Job summary

Noah’s Creative Juices in Melbourne’s South-East is building a brand-new production facility and is looking for Production / Packaging Operators to join the founding team. You’ll work hands-on with modern production and packaging equipment, helping turn quality ingredients into finished products while meeting safety and quality standards.

This is a hands-on role with ongoing training, opportunities to grow with the business, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage or packaging.
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery.
• Good mechanical aptitude and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging machinery to turn raw materials into finished goods.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Keep materials stocked and production moving; assist with changeovers as needed.
• Perform quality checks throughout production and document results.
• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot when issues arise.
• Pack and prepare finished products; maintain a clean, organized and safe production area.

Noah’s Creative Juices is growing — and we’re building our production team from the ground up!

We’re looking for Production / Packaging Operators to join our brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art food and beverage manufacturing facility in Melbourne’s South‑East.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be an important part of the production team, helping turn quality products into finished goods ready for customers.

Your day will include:

• Operating production and packaging machinery
• Monitoring equipment and production processes
• Keeping materials stocked and production moving
• Assisting with product and packaging changeovers
• Performing quality checks throughout production
• Making basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Packing and preparing finished products
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production area
• Completing production records and documentation
• Following food safety, quality and WHS procedures
• Working closely with the wider team to keep production on track

What are we looking for?

We’re after someone who is reliable, switched-on and ready to get stuck in.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage or packaging
• Experience operating production or packaging machinery
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
• A strong focus on safety and quality
• The ability to follow procedures and production requirements
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A willingness to learn and grow

A current LF Forklift Licence and relevant manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded.
