Job summary

PepsiCo in Tingalpa, Australia, is seeking a reliable Process Operator to join the high-performing team. The role involves operating heavily automated cooking and packaging machinery, with data entry, quality checks and strict safety practices.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a processing/food manufacturing/industrial kitchen/cooking environment.
• An understanding of HACCP and GMP with a record of reliability and safe work practices.
• A high mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Operate heavily robotic machinery that packages chips into packets and boxes.
• Record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensure flavour testing is completed accurately and flavour is supplied per product runs.
• Complete quality checks and manage materials and waste.

We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused Process Operator to join our high-performing team in Tingalpa. These roles operate our heavily automated machinery. Please note that training is required for this position and is completed during the week.

Details

• Weekday Night Shift: Monday to Friday / 10.30pm to 06.30am
• Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities

• Operating industrial cooking equipment and production machinery.
• Operating the heavily robotic machinery that packages our chips into packets, and also into boxes.
• Record, report and input accurate data into computerised systems.
• Ensure flavour testing is completed effectively, and accurate flavour is supplied in accordance with product runs.
• Complete quality checks as required, with management of materials and waste.
