Job summary

Engineering Trades Australia seeks Process Operators to join our clients on various rosters starting ASAP. Roles include Marvel Loch, Abra and Tuckabianna with FIFO/BIBO from Perth; these positions offer 12-hour shifts, meals and accommodation provided. You will operate and monitor the gold processing plant and work with maintenance and production teams to meet targets while upholding safety standards. A current licence and medical clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Gold room experience is highly desirable.
• Experience on a gold processing site (crushing, milling, CIL/CIP tanks, flotation) is preferred.
• Current Driver's Licence is required.
• High Risk Work Licence is advantageous.
• Must pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• Must currently reside in Australia with full working rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor gold processing plant including crushing, milling, CIL/CIP circuits and flotation.
• Maintain optimal plant performance and ensure production targets are met; conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams.
• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards across the site.

• Abra - 8:6/ 7:7 FIFO - $60-$65/hr
• Tuckabianna - 2:2 FIFO - $65-70/hr

All roles include FIFO/BIBO from Perth, meals, accommodation and 12-hour shifts.
