Job summary

Iluka Resources seeks a Process Engineer for the Balranald operation to drive ramp-up of new equipment and integrate them into the processing plant. You will support efficiency improvements and work under pressure in a dynamic mining environment.

You will contribute to metallurgical testing, process development, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high-quality data and reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in process engineering within mining or resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and optimising processes for mineral recovery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Conducting data analysis and providing technical support to enhance process efficiency.
• Overseeing metallurgical testing, process development, and troubleshooting of operational issues.
• Managing production accounting and end-of-month reconciliation processes.
