Job summary

Iluka Resources Ltd is seeking a Process Operator at Eneabba, WA. You will work across mineral processing circuits, operating fixed and mobile equipment to optimise plant performance and recovery.

The role offers a 7-on/7-off roster, with camp or local commuting options and a focus on safety and efficiency. The position requires experience in mining or processing environments, good numeracy and communication skills, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining or processing environments.
• Commitment to safety and the environment.
• Good numeracy and literacy; computer literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a small team.
• Desirable: front-end-loader, skid steer, forklift and EWP licenses.

Responsibilities

• Operate fixed and mobile plant and equipment.
• Undertake regular plant inspections and complete check sheets.
• Sample and analyse process streams, report variances.
• Keep plant available to enable timely maintenance.
• Conduct risk and hazard assessments to sustain safety.
