Job summary

Rashi Joshi is seeking an experienced Process Control Engineer to support and improve operational technology systems across processing and mining operations. The role focuses on Rockwell PLCs, AVEVA Plant SCADA (Citect), and Cicode development to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

You will work on Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix platforms, develop and troubleshoot Cicode, and tackle complex PLC/SCADA issues while supporting commissioning, upgrades and capital projects in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Process Control, Automation or Control Systems Engineering.
• Strong PLC programming, commissioning and fault-finding skills.
• Experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial communications protocols including Ethernet/IP, Modbus and OPC.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and maintaining Rockwell ControlLogix and CompactLogix PLC systems.
• Developing, supporting and enhancing AVEVA Plant SCADA (Citect) applications.
• Developing and troubleshooting custom Cicode applications.
• Investigating and resolving complex PLC, SCADA, instrumentation and communication issues.
• Supporting commissioning, shutdowns and operational readiness activities.
• Driving process optimisation, reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Advanced experience with Rockwell ControlLogix and CompactLogix platforms.
• Advanced experience with AVEVA Plant SCADA (Citect).
• Demonstrated experience developing and supporting Cicode applications.
• Strong PLC programming, commissioning and fault-finding skills.
• Experience within mining, minerals processing, heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
