Job summary

ACO Australia is seeking a confident, proactive individual to join our NSW Sales Office based at Emu Plains NSW. The role focuses on researching industry and local government projects to identify opportunities for ACO products and to build new business.

You will maintain relationships via phone and email with plumbing, electrical and civil trade contractors as well as product merchants, provide quotes and product information, and track project progress to secure purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Professional phone manner, excellent time management and fast, accurate data entry (touch-typing is a huge asset).
• Experience with MS Office is essential.
• Previous experience in the sales or construction industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Search industry and local government websites to identify construction projects with ACO sales potential.
• Maintain relationships with plumbing, electrical and civil trade contractors and product merchants by phone and email.
• Provide quotes and product information, track project progress and secure purchase orders.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and close sales.
• Use a computer database to manage daily tasks, project searches, tracking and follow-ups.
