Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Sydney seeks a capable credit professional to assist in the end-to-end execution and ongoing management of loan facilities within a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing technical assessment with practical execution.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in credit management or a similar role within private credit or mortgage lending.
• Experience in private lending, loan servicing or arrears management is highly regarded.
• Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Assessment: Assist with due diligence and the preparation of credit papers and investment memos.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track covenants, borrower reporting, and general portfolio oversight.
• Relationship Management: Engage with borrowers, brokers, and investors throughout the loan management process.
• Arrears & Workouts: Assist with loan workouts and follow-up actions as required.
• Operations & Innovation: Support internal accounts administration and contribute to improving scalable internal systems and reporting frameworks.

Your Experience & Qualifications:
