Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal/Engagement Manager/Associate – Private Capital in Sydney. You will develop insights into investment cases and lead analysis of target markets, performance and value creation opportunities.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in CDD and value creation within consulting, banking, or private capital, strong communication, independence, and business-fluent English. Flexible hybrid working in Australia is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in CDD and value creation in consulting, banking or private capital.
• Self-starter and independent thinker who works well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights into commercial assumptions underpinning client investment cases.
• Analyse target companies’ markets, performance, business plan and value creation opportunities.
• Interact with investors and management teams to offer advice, shape and drive strategy, develop and foster talent within the Private Capital team.
