Job summary

JS Careers is recruiting for an Analyst to join a private capital team in Sydney. The role focuses on client engagement, preparing high quality materials, and coordinating meetings while supporting investor and client relationships across counterparties.

You will work across multiple workstreams and collaborate with talented colleagues in a client-facing capacity, with excellent exposure to advisory, capital raising and private credit solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in investment banking, funds management, private equity or related field.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and client record management.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality client presentations and marketing materials.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and documentation.
• Support investor and client relationships across multiple counterparties.
• Engage with clients to facilitate business development and deal origination.
• Contribute to cross-functional workstreams in a client-facing role.
