Job summary

MEGT is offering an entry-level Print Technician Trainee role in Queensland. The 24-month full-time traineeship includes hands-on work with printers, diagnostic fault-finding, and learning IT skills.

Successful candidates will pursue a Certificate IV in Information Technology while gaining practical experience. Applicants should be mechanically minded, ready to learn, and able to obtain necessary clearances and a valid driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Entry-level 24-month traineeship in IT and print technology.
• Enrollment in a Certificate IV in Information Technology.
• Able to obtain Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Mechanically minded with hands-on repair interest.
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service and support for printers and related equipment.
• Perform printer repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with equipment setup and installation.

MEGT has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Print Technician Trainee to join a global leader in imaging, print and information technology. This 24-month traineeship will see you enrolled in a Certificate IV in Information Technology , gaining valuable practical experience in a supportive and high-tech environment. This role would ideally suit a mechanically minded individual who enjoys pulling apart machines, fault-finding, repairs and hands-on work with equipment and machinery.

Key Duties
