Stickerman Australia is seeking a Print & Production Operator to join our busy sign and sticker shop. You will handle wide-format printing, laminating and finishing tasks, ensuring accurate cuts and high-quality results for a variety of stickers and signage orders.

The role involves loading materials, weeding, quality checks and maintaining an orderly workshop. It suits someone comfortable on their feet, physically fit and able to manage multiple small jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Print & Production Operator – Stickers & Signage

We're not your average sign shop. Stickerman makes mostly stickers: thousands of them, in every shape and size, for walk-in customers and businesses Australia-wide. If you like hands-on work, a busy day and seeing finished products go out the door, read on.

Our setup

A steady stream of small jobs, with some signage and banners mixed in

What a normal day looks like

Printing, laminating cutting and weeding.. A big part of the job is removing excess vinyl from cut stickers and decals, and it needs to be done neatly and accurately

Working through many small jobs at once and keeping them in the right order

Producing small ACM signs and pull-up banners

Loading and changing full rolls of vinyl and media

Checking finished work for quality before it goes to the customer

Keeping the workshop clean and organised

Be honest with yourself before applying

It's physical. You'll be on your feet most of the day and need to lift full rolls of vinyl comfortably.

It's detailed and repetitive. Weeding takes patience, a steady hand and good eyesight. If fiddly work drives you mad, this isn't the job for you.

It's busy. Lots of small jobs means constant switching between the printer, the cutters and the finishing bench. You need to stay organised and keep your quality up when it's flat out.

This role isn't for you if you want a desk job, you don't like repetitive hands-on work, or you're only in the area short-term.

You'll need
