Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC Brisbane) is seeking a Print Press Operator to join our production team. You will operate advanced printing equipment, maintain quality records, and support junior printers in a fast-paced environment.

Trade-qualified printer with experience in Offset, Flexo, or Digital processes is essential. The role requires attention to detail, physical capability for manual handling, and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified (Certificate III in Print or equivalent).
• Experience with Offset (TCS, MO3, MO4, Lithographic), Nilpeter, Rotary, Flexographic (Flexo), or Digital print processes.
• Background in printing/manufacturing environments with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced printing technology to deliver client orders on time and to a high-quality standard.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
• Inspect components regularly and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Uphold quality assurance practices, maintaining accurate production and quality records.
• Support and train Assistant Printers and coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

About The Role

Duties include

About You

• Trade qualified (Certificate III in Print or equivalent).
• Skilled in Offset (TCS, MO3, MO4, Lithographic), Nilpeter, Rotary, Flexographic (Flexo), or Digital print processes.
• Experience with highly embellished labels is a plus, but not essential.
• Background in printing or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control standards.
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
• Eligible Australian working rights.
