Job summary

MCC in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Printer/Press Operator to run advanced Heidelberg presses with Cutstar units. This permanent, full-time role features a compressed 3-day work week (36 hours) and onboarding on day shifts before transitioning to a permanent night shift (Wed–Fri, 6pm–6am).

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Printer / Press Operator to join our team in Melbourne, operating advanced 6 and 8 colour Heidelberg presses with Cutstar reel-fed units.

This is a permanent full-time role offering a compressed 3-day work week (36 hours).

• Start on day shift during onboarding.
• Transition to permanent night shift (Wed, Thu, Fri, 6pm-6am).

Your Duties

About You

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
• Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
