Job summary

MCC Brisbane is seeking a Print Press Operator to join our production team and advance your printing career with modern industry-leading technology. You'll work with skilled colleagues to deliver client orders accurately and on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Offset (TCS/MO3/MO4/Lithographic), Nilpeter, Rotary, Flexographic (Flexo) or Digital print processes.
• Experience with highly embellished labels is a plus, but not essential.
• Background in printing or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control standards.
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced printing technology to deliver client orders on time and to a high-quality standard.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
• Inspect components regularly and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Uphold quality assurance practices, maintaining accurate production and quality records.
• Support and train Assistant Printers, coordinating daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
