Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking a Principal-level leader to establish and lead the Ways of Working function and champion ongoing improvements in program effectiveness and efficiency. You will baseline flow metrics, map value streams, and run a prioritized improvement backlog as measured experiments with program leadership, transferring the function to an ASIC lead before exit.
