Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Principal Ways of Working Lead based in Melbourne, NSW. You will lead and champion agile/lean transformations across programs or portfolios, driving measurable improvements and spawning a robust Ways of Working across the organization.

You will map value streams, establish a prioritized improvement backlog with leadership, and codify changes into RegistryConnect Ways of Working, ensuring a smooth handover to the ASIC lead at exit.

• Baseline flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, WIP, dependency wait and predictability.
• Map the program value stream to find where work waits.

• Transfer the function to an ASIC lead before exit.
