Job summary

Xpt Software Australia Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Principal Ways of Working Lead to establish and champion ongoing improvement in program effectiveness and efficiency across the portfolio.

Based in Traralgon, you will lead the Ways of Working function, manage a prioritized improvement backlog and ensure successful handover to an ASIC lead, with a track record of agile/lean transformation at program or portfolio scale.

Qualifications

• Essential: led agile or lean ways of working transformation at program or portfolio scale with measured results.
• Desirable: scaled agile frameworks; flow metrics tooling; government delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Baseline flow metrics: cycle time, throughput, work in progress, dependency wait and predictability.
• Map the program value stream to find where work waits.
• Run a prioritised improvement backlog as measured experiments with program leadership.
• Write successful changes into the RegistryConnect Ways of Working.
• Transfer the function to an ASIC lead before exit.
