You will lead across multiple squads, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to shape technology direction and deliver long-term impact.

Location in Sydney with hybrid work. The role suits someone stepping from Principal Engineer or Lead Architect into a broader platform

Principal Technology Lead - Transformation & Modernisation | Leading Enterprise Organisation

Talenza is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to recruit a Principal Technology Lead to play a key role in a large-scale transformation program involving platform integration, legacy modernisation, and enterprise technology uplift.

This is a unique opportunity to lead technical outcomes across a significant transformation initiative, combining migration, modernisation, architecture, engineering and delivery leadership. You'll work across multiple squads, partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to shape technology direction and deliver long-term outcomes.

Location: Sydney | Hybrid
Salary: ~$235K package + bonus
