Telstra is seeking a Technology Product Owner Principal to lead DigiCel network strategy and execution, accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex programs across markets. You will coordinate with senior leaders, manage budgets, and drive regulatory and commercial negotiations to maximise value for Telstra and DigiCel.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping roadmaps, driving multi-year plans and delivering outcomes in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder

• Drive DigiCel network initiatives across design, planning, site acquisition, construction and deployment readiness.
• Oversee network rollout, optimisation, regulatory alignment, and long-term roadmaps.
• Manage blockers, ensure delivery certainty across priorities and dependencies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policy alignment with Legal and Government Affairs.
• Own program-level financials: budget, forecasting and risk.
• Lead complex vendor negotiations and performance management within Telstra frameworks.
• Develop executive strategy and position papers translating technical challenges into options and risks.
