Telstra is seeking a Technology Product Owner Principal to lead DigiCel network strategy and execution. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value network programs across multiple markets, aligning with regulatory and business objectives while driving financial performance and governance.

You will collaborate with executive leaders to shape multi-year roadmaps, optimise delivery frameworks, and manage cross-functional teams through strategic and commercial decision-making.

Qualifications

• Senior network and program leader with strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
• Experience in agile delivery and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and manage complex programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex DigiCel network initiatives across design, planning, site acquisition and deployment.
• Oversee network rollout, optimisation, spectrum refarming and regulatory alignment.
• Manage budget, forecasting, and risk across multi-market programs.
• Lead vendor negotiations and performance management within Telstra frameworks.
