Versent is seeking a Principal Engineer – Security & Identity with extensive SailPoint experience to provide technical leadership across complex identity and access management engagements. You will be a hands-on technical leader, trusted advisor and subject-matter expert who designs, delivers and governs enterprise-grade SailPoint solutions.

• Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise SailPoint solutions across architecture, implementation, configuration and integration.
• Proven expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance and reviews.
• Experience connecting SailPoint with Active Directory, Entra ID, HRIS/ERP and ITSM ecosystems.
• Ability to lead complex identity and security engagements from design to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and delivery of SailPoint-based IAM solutions across full delivery lifecycle.
• Set technical direction with reference architectures and delivery patterns.
• Lead customer discussions, translate security requirements into concrete solutions.
• Guide engineers and review designs and integrations for quality and security.
