Job summary

aett is seeking a Principal Engineer - Security & Identity with extensive SailPoint experience to provide technical leadership across complex identity and access management engagements. You will be a hands-on technical leader, trusted advisor and subject-matter expert who designs, delivers and governs enterprise-grade SailPoint solutions, working with customers, architects, engineers and delivery teams.

Extensive hands-on experience delivering enterprise SailPoint solutions across architecture, implementation, configuration, integration and operations.
Proven expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, lifecycle automation and access reviews.
Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and mentor delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design and delivery of SailPoint-based identity governance solutions across the full lifecycle.
Set technical direction through standards, reference architectures and delivery approaches.
Guide engineers, review designs and integrations for quality, security and maintainability.
Ensure solutions provide auditability, compliance evidence and operational support.
