Enertia Talent is seeking a Principal Consultant to help recruit high-impact talent across energy, renewables and infrastructure. You’ll partner with clients to understand hiring needs, manage roles from origination to FID, and leverage our strong brand content to open doors.

You’ll work in a close-knit team with a focus on delivering value, trust, and delivery, supported by an established Australian-owned business. The role offers hybrid work and mentoring.

Enertia Talent is looking for an Principal Consultant to join our energy, renewables, and infrastructure division.

We work across the energy supply chain with strong relationships across transmission, distribution, renewables, storage, and EVs. You’ll join a close-knit, experienced team with deep sector knowledge, long-standing client partnerships, and a strong reputation built on trust, delivery, and a genuine passion for the industry.

You'll work closely with the Executive Director and play a key role in building out the future workforce powering Australia’s energy transition.
